Be it Remembered that I Benjamin Weber the elder of Worcester township in the County of Montgomery in the State of Pennsylvania Farmer being very sick and weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding blessed by God for the same considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit

First I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied by my executors herein after named.

Item- I Give and Bequeath to my daughter Rebecca her Bureau her feather bed bedstead and bedding thereunto belonging and also her spinning wheel and the corner cupboard called her mothers with all therein. I also give and bequeath to my said daughter Rebecca the sum of one hundred Pounds lawful money of the United States to be paid to her by my herein after named Executors within one year after my decease.

Item- I Give and Divine(?) all that undivided Tract or Piece of Land part of the Plantation I now reside on unto my son Jacob Beginning at the north westerly corner of my said sons lot which I hereto forth Deeded to him which corner being at the distance of twenty five perched and five tenths north west from Isaac Detwilers line of land and to extend through my said plantation south west at the parallel distance of twenty five perches and five tenths from the Detwilers line to lands of Jacob and John Bean Hence by the same to said Detwilers and my corner of land thence northeast by the same to the south west corner of said Deeded lot thence north west twenty five perches and five tenths to the place of the Beginning containing about thirty one acres be the same more or less to have and to hold the same to my son Jacob his heirs and assigns forever in fee

Item- I do order and direct my herein after named Executors or the survivor of them as soon as convenient after my decease to sell and convert into money all my estate real and personal not herein before Devised or Bequeathed ______ disposed of by Public Sale or Sales to the highest or best bidder and upon the sale of all or any part of my Real Estate not herein before devised or disposed of I do hereby empower them to make sign and acknowledge good and sufficient Deed or Deeds of conveyance to the Purchase thereof his or their Heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.

Item- I Give and Bequeath all the monies arising out of the sales of my Estate real and Personal (after my Debts and the foregoing legacies are fully paid) including all the residue of my Estate of whatsoever name and quality unto my seven daughters (or their legal representatives) in equal share alike namely Catharine, married to Fredrick Zearfoss, Elizabeth, wife of John Shearer, Mary, wife of George Shade, Sussanna, wife of Joseph Hause, Hannah, widow of Adam Fleck, Sophia, wife of Charles Guldy, and Rebecca, (Spinster) to be paid to them as the money becomes due and into the hands of my Executors or the survivor of them in equal share alike.

And lastly I do nominate constitute and appoint my son Jacob Weber and my sons in law Frederick Zearfoss and John Shearer Executors of this my last will and testament hereby giving them full power and authority to execute same agreeably to the Tenor (?) thereof Hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me made Ratifying and Confirming this to be my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixteen.

Signed Sealed Published Pronounced and Declared by the Testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us the subscribers who at his request in the Presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto-
