Last Will and Testament of Conrad Fleck
In the Name of God, Amen The Eighth Day of April In the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Seven I Conrad Fleck of Gwynedd in the County of Philadelphia and Province of Pennsylvania Yeoman, being weak in Body but of Sound and perfect Mind and Memory, blessed by God, for H --- Do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following/ that is to say ----- Imprimis It is my Will, and I do Order That in the first Place all my just Debts and funeral --- --- --- and satisfied---
Item I give and bequeath unto my Beloved Wife Anna Maria Fleck the Bed, Bed Stead and Bedding which now standeth in the stove room adjoining my dwelling House, together with the said Room, and Stove therein, during the Term of her natural Life, together also with Firewood to be provided for the same cut and delivered suitable therefore for--- and also that Milch Cow shall be kept from time to Time and at all times during her natural Life for her use and the same shall be taken due care of and milked and the said Milk delivered unto her, And farther it is my Will, that out of my Estate and during my said Wife’s natural Life she shall have yearly and every year thereof be paid the Sum of Three Pounds lawful Money, and also shall have yearly and every year Five Bushels of Merchantable Wheat and Ten Bushels of Rye, during the said form
Item I give and bequeath unto my oldest Son Adam Fleck the Sum of One Hundred Pounds lawful Money, and also to my Daughter Elisabeth Barbara, who is married to Leonard Neidich the Sum of Five Pounds like Money to be raised and levied out of my Estate and to be paid them when respectively when my Son George shall arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years ----
Item I give devise and bequeath unto my said Son Adam Fleck and John Fleck, and the said George Fleck, and Peter Fleck, and my daughter Catharine Fleck all the residue and Remainder of my Estate with Real and Personal, to be equally divided between them Share and Share alike, be the same whatsoever or wheresoever/The said Division to be made when my said Son George shall as afore said arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years To Hold to them and each of them their Heirs and assigns Forever ---
And I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Wife Anna Maria Fleck and my said eldest Son Adam Fleck joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament; And I do also appoint my beloved Friends Valentine Puff and Jacob Demanus, both of Upper Dublin Yeoman to be trustees of the same, To see my Will herein escpresser? In all Things accomplished; And I do hereby utterly, disallow, revoke and disannul, all and every other former Testaments, Wills, Legacies, and Executors, by me in any Ways before this time named willed and bequeathed. Ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament, In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first before written.

Philadelphia May 9th 1767 Personally appeared Wendel Vetter and Baltas Wich, the Witnesses to the foregoing Will, and on Both did declare that they saw and heard Conrad Fleck, the Testator therein named sign Seal Publish and declare the same Will for and as his last Will and Testament. And that at the doing thereof he was of sound disposing Mind Memory and Understanding to the best of their knowledge and Belief
