Last Will and Testament of George B. Johnson

I, George B. Johnson of North Wales in the County of Montgomery and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

I give, devise, bequeath unto my beloved wife, Hannah Johnson, her heirs and assigns for ever, all my property, real. Personal, and mixed, of what nature or kind soever, and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death.

And I nominate, constitute, and appoint my son Almon F. Johnson sole executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I George B. Johnson, the testator, have to this my will, written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal, this twenty fourth day of November A.D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety. (1890)

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named George B. Johnson, as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the testator and of each other.

Personally appeared before me Ellwood Hoot and Ida L Hoot the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being duly affirmed according to law, did depose and say that, they were present, saw and heard the testator George B. Johnson in said Will named, sign, seal, publish and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament. And at the time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief and that they signed as witnesses to the same, at the request of said testator in his presence and in the presence of each other.
