In the name of God Amen I John Yetter of the Township of Whitemarsh in the County of Montgomery and the State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory. Blessed be Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (That is to say) First I give and bequeath to my Beloved Wife Ann Yetter and my Daughter Mary Yetter my crop of winter grain now in the Ground. I also give and bequeath to my son John Yetter the sum of Fife pounds I also and bequeath to my son Samuel Yetter the sum of Twenty shillings. I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Amy Lushe ?? the sum of Twenty shillings. I alson give and bequeath to my Daughter Catharine Brady the sum of Twenty shillings. I also give and bequeath to my son Ludwick Yetter all my horses my Waggon Gears Plough and all my farming Utensils with his paying my son John Yetter the sum of five pounds being the legacy above satisfied. I also give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Yetter all my household furniture likewise my cow with her paying my son Samuel Yetter my Daughters Amy Lushe and Catherine Brady their legacys as above expressed. I also give and devise to my son Ludwick Yetter one half of my lot or parcel of land lying and being in the Township of Whitemarsh in the County of Montgomery and the State of Pennsylvania with the housewhich he builtthereon and now occupys. The other half os said lot or Parcel of land I give and devise to my Daughter Mary Yetter with the house I now occupy the aforesaid lot or parcel of land I give and devise to them Jointly during their natural lives. At the death of either of them I will and order the half left to the deceased to deem and go to the surviving one or to his or her Heirs and their assigns forever provided they be lawfull Heirs of his or her own Body. But if the survivors should die without lawful Heirs as aforesaid and the one who deceased first have lawful Heirs as aforesaid then I Will and Order the aforesaid ????? and lot of landto go and devise to his or herheirs and their assigns forever. But if they bothdie without lawful Heirs as aforesaid then I Will and Order aforesaid acreage and lot of land to decend and go to my son John Yetter his Heirs and Assigns forever. I will and Order that my son Ludwick Yetter and my Daughter Mary Yetter shall jointly and severally take due care and accommodate my beloved Wife with every thing that may be necessary for her comfortable support during her natural life out of the Estate I have Willed and devised to them. I hereby appoint my son Ludwick Yetter sole Executor og this last Will and Testament herby revoking all former Wills by me made In witness ??????? I have hereunto set my hand and seal the second day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand and Seven Hundred and Ninety Eight John Yetter

Signed sealed ????? his and declared by above named John Yetter to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribe our name as Witnesses in the presence of the Testator

Personally each of the Witnesses to the foregoing Will and being duly affirmed according to law did say that they were personally present and did see John Yetter the Testator within named sign and heard him pronounce and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament and at the doing thereof he was of a perfect sound ????? mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge. They subscribed their names as witnesses at the request of Testator in his presence and in the presence of each other. Be it remembered that on the 26th day of May 1798 the foregoing Will of John Yetter was proved in due form of law and Letters of Testamentory granted Ludwick Yetter Executor therein mentioned he having been first sworn well and truly to perform the same and to keep an account according to law given under my hand and Seal as Register the 26th day of May 1798
