Last Will and Testament of Margaret Fleck

In the name of God Amen I Margaret Fleck of Gwynedd Township in the County of Montgomery and State of Pennsylvania Being far advanced in life but of Sound mind Memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of this mortle life Do hereby dispose of what little personal Estate I have or are entitled to in Manner following that is to say first I Commit my Soul to almighty God and my body to be decently interred by Herein after named Executor and I do order all funeral Expenses and Just Debts to be paid as Soon after my decease as can Conveniently be done by my Executor Item I do give and bequeath to my daughter Ann Wear my case of Drawers and further I do order my Executor to make public Sale of all the remainder of my personal property that is movable and the moneys arising therefrom as well as all other monies rights and dues to which I am entitled to I give and bequeath as follows viz. I give to my daughter Susan Bisbing ten dollars I give Meriah Millor the sum of ten dollars I give to my son John Fleck the Sum of five dollars and all the remainder of my estate whether it be arrears D --- Demand arising from Contracts or of whatsoever the Same may be I give to my three following named Children or their legal representatives Share & Share alike viz. To my son George Weak if he be living one share if he is deceased then to his Children or Child and if there should be no representatives then his share to revert to to the Heirs of my daughter Elizabeth and my daughter Ann Wear Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Wear one other share Item I give and bequeath to the children and representatives of my Daughter Elizabeth deceased one other share to them to be divided Share and Share alike and lastly I do Hereby Constitute and appoint my grandson John Collon(r)? --- the Executor of this my last will and testament Hereby revoking all will heretofore by me maser.

Montgomery County--- On the third day of April AD 1844 before William Earnest Register of Wills in and for Montgomery County formally appeared John Griffin Esq. And Allan Fleck subscribing --- to the foregoing will and testament of Margarett Fleck Late of Gwynedd Township deceased who being duly affirmed did --- and --- they were present and --- Margarett Fleck the testament sign --- the foregoing Instrument of --- and herein has publish, pronounced, declare the same and for her last will and testament and at the --- of --- desire the said testatrix was of sound disposing mind, --- and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that signed as witnesses thereto at the request of the said testatrix in presence and in the presence of each other.
