I do hereby Certify that the within is a true copy of the original account of Jesse B. and Matthias Knipe administrators of the Estate of Margaret Knipe dec. which was passed and filed April 12th A.D. 1865 as the same remains in the Registers Office. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal of office the day and Year aforesaid.

I do hereby Certify that the Notice required by law of filing the account of Jesse B. and Matthias Knipe administrators of the Estate of Margaret Knipe dec. as also a copy of said notice was in due time put up published as Directed by law in the papers in the County. The account of Jesse B. Knipe and Matthias Knipe administrators of all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credit which were of Margaret Knipe late of the Township of Towamencin in the County of Montgomery deceased.

The said accountants charges themselves with all and Singular the goods &c which were of the said deceased according to an inventory and appraisement thereof filed in the Registers office in Norristown amounting to $5959.00, Amount of interest accrued on Bonds & notes from date of Inventory $187.07, An advance on the sale of goods $132.46, Whole amount $6278.53.

There is a list of claims paid out to individuals and the cash balance in the estate was $5666.59. The transcriber has the list as well as the newspaper ads for the estate sale.
