Bryan, Sarah
Estate of Sarah Bryan, (late Sarah Evans,) late of Doylestown township, Bucks county, deceased.
The Auditor appointed by said Orphans' Court to distribute the balance in the hands of Septimus Evans, derived by the sale of the real estate situate in Montgomery county, and late of said Sarah Bryan, deceased, which was sold by said Septimus Evans by virtue of an order of said court, under proceedings in partition, directed to him for that purpose, to and among those legally entitled thereto, will meet the heirs of said Sarah Bryan, deceased, and all parties in interest, for the purposes of his appointment, on Monday, October 5th, 1863, at 10 o'clock A.M., at the office of the Auditor, No. 901 Egypt Street, Norristown, Pa. Estate of Ann Hendricks, late of Lower Salford township, Montgomery county, deceased.
The undersigned Auditor, appointed by the Orphans' Court of Montgomery county to distribute the balance in the hands of Jacob M. Hendricks and Jacob Carol, administrators of the estate of said decedent, to and among them legally entitled to the same, hereby gives notice to the creditors and the heirs of said decedent that he will attend to the duties of his appointment, at his office, No. 3 Airy Street, in the borough of Norristown, said county, on Wednesday, the 27th of July, A.D., 1864, at 10 o'clock A.M., when and where all persons interested are required to attend, prepared to substantiate their claims. The Auditor appointed by the Orphans' Court of Montgomery County to pass upon the exceptions filed to the account of Jacob Keyser and George R. Detwiler, administrators of the estate of said Jacob Keyser, late of Worcester township, in said county, deceased, and to audit, settle and adjust the said account, and to report distribution of the balance in the hands of the accountants among the persons legally entitled to the same, will meet the parties interested for the purposes of his appointment, on Wednesday, the 27th day of July 1864, at 9 o'clock A.M., at the Arbitration Room in the Court House of said county, in the borough of Norristown.
