In the Orphans' Court of Montgomery county, State of Pennsylvania. In the matter of the partition of the real estate of John Detwiler, late of Upper Providence, deceased.

Take notice that an inquest will be held at the late dwelling house of John Detwiler, deceased, in the township of Upper Providence, in the county of Montgomery, on Thursday the 24th day of September, A.D., 1857, at 10 o'clock A.M. of that day, for the purpose of making partition of the real estate of the said deceased, to an among his children and representatives, if the same can be done without prejudice to or spoiling the whole, or otherwise to value and appraise the same according to law; at which time and place you are required to attend if you think proper.

Notice is hereby given, that, in pursuance of a writ of Partition issued out of the Orphans' Court, as aforesaid, in above estate, an inquest will be held by the Sheriff on the premises in the said writ described, for the purpose of making partition or valuation of the same, on Monday, the 9th day of August, A.D. 1858, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, when and where you may attend if you think proper.

At the same time, on the premises, will be appraised a certain piece of sprout land situate in Upper Milford township, Lehigh county, adjoining Joseph Yeakle, (late Philip Everhart,) George Schultz, John Roeder, and others, containing 4 acres and 146 perches or there-abouts.

Walnut, Jerome

Notice in Partition. In the estate of Jerome Walnut, late of the borough of Norristown, in the county of Montgomery, and State of Pennsylvania, who died intestate, unmarried, and without issue, as stated in the following mentioned order of court:

To Thomas T. Walnut, brother of said deceased; Sarah Walnut, Susanna Newland (widow), James A. Walnut, Hance Walnut and Thomas J. Walnut, children of John Walnut, a deceased brother of said Jerome Walnut, deceased, Mary V. Fulton and James A. Fulton, children (minors) of Mary T. Fulton, a deceased daughter of said John Walnut, deceased, and to Benjamin F. Hancock, guardian of said minors.

Take notice that on the ninth day of April, 1863, upon the petition of said Thomas T. Walnut, being presented to the Orphans' Court of said county of Montgomery, for an inquest to make partition or valuation of the real estate of said Jerome Walnut, deceased, according to law, the said inquest was granted, teh order returnable to the next general Orphans' Court of said county.

And also, further take notice that by virtue of an order issued out of said court, and to me directed, an inquest will assemble in the Sheriff's office, at the Court House, in the borough of Norristown, aforesaid, on Thursday, the fourteenth day of May, 1863, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of making partition or valuation of the real estate of said Jerome Walnut, deceased, (all of which is situate in said borough of Norristown, except No. 119 in said order mentioned, which is situate in Plymouth township, in said county,) to and among the heirs and legal representatives of said Jerome Walnut, deceased, according to law, at which time and place you are requested to attend if you think proper.

White, Elizabeth

In the matter of the partition or valuation of the Real Estate of Elizabeth White, late of the township of Gwynedd, in the county of Montgomery and State of Pennsylvania, deceased.

Notice to Sarah Krupp, Elizabeth Edwards, Abraham White, Sylvester White, Malinda Nichols, Thomas J. White, Absalom Wilson, Elizabeth Dannehower, Benjamin Wilson, Marietta Dalzell, Hester Bidelman, Margaret Jones, John White, Charles White, John M. Jones, Guardian of Howard Henry Drake, and Thomas Good, Guardian of Sarah Jane Brown, heirs and persons interested in said matter.

Whereas, a writ of partition or valuation to me directed did, on the 17th day of August, A.D. 1859, issue out of the said court, commanding me to summon an inquest to make partition or valuation, according to law, of the Real Estate of said decedent, consisting of a Messuage and Plantation or tract of Land, situate in said township of Gwynedd and county of Montgomery, adjoining lands of Henry Hallman, John Martin, Abraham Weisener, and Henry Durstein, and bounding in part on a public road called the Allentown road, containing ninety-seven acres and twenty-four perches of Land.

I hereby give notice, as by said court I am directed that the said inquest will meet for the purpose aforesaid on Monday, the 25th of September, A.D. 1859, at 10 o'clock A.M. on the said premises, at which time and place all persons interested may attend if they see proper.

At an Orphans' Court in and for the County of Montgomery, held at Norristown, on the 30th day of September, A.D., 1859, in the matter of the Partition of Valuation of the Real Estate of Elizabeth White, late of the township of Gwynedd, in said county, deceased; on motion of B. Markley Boyer, Esq., Attorney for Charles White, one of the heirs of said decedent, the Court grant a rule directed to Sarah Krupp, Elizabeth Edwards, Abraham White, Sylvester White, Melinda Nichols, Thomas J. White, Elizabeth Dannehower, Benjamin Wilson, Marietta Dalzell, Hester Bidelman, Margaret Jones, John White, Charles White, John M. Jones, Guardian of Howard Henry Drake, and Thomas Good, Guardian of Sarah Jane Brown, heirs and persons interested in said Estate, and all other persons interested, to be and appear before the Honorable, the Judges of the said Court, at a Court to be held at Morristown, in and for said County, on Thursday, the 27th day of October, A.D. 1860, at 10 o'clock A.M., then and there to accept or refuse the real estate of said decedent, at the appraised valuation put upon it by the Inquest duly returned, or show cause why the said Real Estate should not be sold, &c. Jacob Zink, George Zink, Sarah, late Sarah Zink, intermarried with David Heebner; Elizabeth, late Elizabeth Zink, intermarried with William Frank; and Anna, late Anna Zink, intermarried with David Miller; and Elizabeth Miller, Lydia Miller, Catharine, late Catharine Miller, intermarried with Robert Esbach, and Samuel Miller, in his minority, having for his guardian Philip Super, take notice, that an inquest will be held at the late dwelling house of Lewis Zink, deceased, in the township of New Hanover, in the county of Montgomery and State of Pennsylvania, on Tuesday the 22d day of September, A.D. 1857, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, for the purpose of making partition of the real estate of the said deceased, to and among the brothers and sisters and legal heirs and representatives of said decedent, if the same can be done without prejudice to or spoiling the whole, otherwise to value and appraise the same according to law; at which time and place you are required to attend if you think proper.
